How does one start a cheerleading all star team?

I have coached on all star teams rec, teams and high school. I think I can handle starting up a cheer program in my area, I am just not sure all that is needed to start such a bussiness can annyone help?|||Good Sponsers...|||With cheer-leading all stars probably.
