I give a star to every question I answer. I noticed a woman in the mental health section had a problem with that. But then it is the mental health section so perhaps she was paranoid.
Is giving a star for every question proper, or improper? I usually like everyone to know an interesting question I've seen. That's why I star all of them.|||Well I think that is your business. I can see that you give a lot of stars, you know it comes up under contacts questions.
I prefer to only give stars to really amazing questions or to questions that I think my contacts could help with.|||It's unnecessary because your contacts can see every question you answer if they wish to. However there's no reason to say that you shouldn't do it if you want to.|||why not? A person has every right to star an interesting question.|||Of course it is since it diminishes the value of the star. Not every question posted is that interesting and of value|||You should only give stars to questions that ARE in fact interesting and as one who has seen the questions asked in Other - Cultures %26amp; Groups, and find most of them racist / offensive / inflammatory or just the regular trolls on there showing how really nasty they are it seems unlikely that they deserve stars at all, most in fact should be reported and removed as they are violations..|||The idea of the stars is to show that you found the question interesting, in my case I also give a star to every question that I answer, as they are all interesting to me. No, it is not considered improper to star every question, it is not against the guidelines, so you can star away, like me!
