How do you create a 5 star rating system using dreamweaver cs3?

I want to create a 5 star rating system for my site. I am using dreamweaver cs3 to help make my site. For now my current host is a free geocities account. I need like either a step by step guide or a guide on where to place code that is given. Thanks!|||your website will need to be writen in php for a simple rating system, not sure if geocities will allow php (never used them) but you should check that.
