Roy Rogers was a clean-cut, decent man who became a huge star in the 40's and 50's by staring in Westerns. As decent in real life as he was on screen, he and his wife and co-star, Dale Evans, practiced what they preached, lead outstanding lives, stayed away from scandal, and adopted needy children. A star who actually took being a hero to thousands of children seriously, Roy also took his Christianity seriously. Anybody know what denomination he and his family were associated with?|||Roy Rogers considered himself "christian" and the denomination was not that important to him as long as the church taught about Jesus Christ and the need for salvation in him.
